The Schools’ Boys’ basketball team has successfully completed its matches for the national basketball championship for senior high school boys. In the final phase held in Kavala from April 6th till 8th, in the last qualifying match for the final four, our team won against Laniteio Lyceum of Lemessos, 95 - 55. In the semi-final we faced the Lampiri Schools’ team, which we defeated by a score of 65 - 53 and thus qualified for the grand final of the competition. There we faced the team of Panou Schools and after a stunning appearance, prevailed with a score of 84 - 57 and deservedly won the 1st place.
