The New Year's pie cutting event for the Basketball Academy of "Evangelos Mantoulidis Cultural and Sports Association" was held with great success and in an emotional atmosphere. Renowned former athlete, Mandoulides alumnus and current basketball coach Savvas Kamperidis was honored in the event.
Moreover, awards were presented to the Schools’ boys basketball team for winning the Panhellenic School Championship in 2015-2016 and to children’s team athlete of "Evangelos Mantoulidis Cultural and Sports Association" Andreas Kalogiros for being voted MVP in the National Basketball Associations Tournament.
