Based on our thematic unit “Emotions” the Beatles visited the “Small Lyrical Planet” to take part in the program, “Listen To Me When I Talk, So We Can Solve This In A Minute.”
Why do we argue? How can we solve our differences using alternative methods without shouting, swearing and aggressiveness or submissiveness? Our students were introduced, through the method of role-playing, to the technique of “The chairs that solve conflicts”. This entails the resolution of differences by listening and speaking. The students learn to pay attention and to resolve their differences in the most peaceful way.
