Students’ Distinctions in the Contest "I Paint the Russian Avant-Garde"

On Saturday, October 11th 2014, an exhibition of paintings by children who participated in the contest "I Paint the Russian Avant-Garde" opened at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, at Moni Lazariston. During the event, the Kostakis Collection, which is the largest collection of Russian avant-garde in the world, was honored.

Our school was honored in this contest with 3 awards and special distinctions:

  • D. Siagkri: 1st prize in the age group of 1st - 3rd graders.
  • M. Tranou: in the age group of 4th - 6th graders.
  • E. Constantinides: 3rd prize in the age group of 1st - 3rd graders.
  • D. Siagkri: Audience Award, through a vote on Facebook.
  • V. Pavlidis: Distinction by the Russian Center of Thessaloniki.
