Mandoulides Schools participated for the 4th consecutive year in the competition AMC 8 of the American Mathematical Society, which took place in Mandoulides Schools on Tuesday, November 18th 2014. The winner of the competition was O. Pliaridis (8th grade student). The 7th grade student S. Mastoris also took a 1st place, while students N. Karaziotis (8th grade) and T. Tzellos (7th grade) placed 2nd, and students I. Samaras (8th grade), C. Marinopoulos, and A. Spyropoulou (7th grade) placed 3rd.
In these competitions schools from around the world, schools in Greece, and only one school from Thessaloniki, Mandoulides Schools, participated.
