Cooking Club "The Children are Cooking Something"

“Tell me what you eat and I’ll tell you who you are.” Sounds funny, but our eating habits are very important in order for us to be healthy, strong and always energetic! Every Tuesday Mandoulides Schools’ students meet in our Cooking club, where we make delicious, easy, but above all healthy recipes. Fruit and vegetables, which arm our body with nutrients, are ingredients we mainly use to create our own quick recipes. We thus become young chefs, making healthy menus that offer physical strength and more colors on our plate.
