Our students of the 5th grade visited the farm of the Agricultural School of AUTH, where they had the opportunity to learn about healthy eating and what they must look out for when buying food. In addition, they discussed the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. Finally, they learned how milk becomes yogurt and enthusiastically involved themselves in the process!
