Those who participated in the 2nd Mandoulides Computer Epathlon & Hackathlon on Saturday, May 21st had the opportunity to become acquainted with a profession of the future - that of a Mobile Applications Developer. Students worked like real developers and, by experimenting with the AppInventor programming environment, they created their own applications for Android mobile devices. The programming of a car impressed the children immensely. With the help of a board and the famous Scratch programming environment, they built their own remote controlled car. Then the baton was passed to the established Hackathlon institution, where students traveled to the world of cryptography through a puzzle-solving game. In the end, all of us renewed our appointment for Mandoulides Epathlon & Hackathlon Camp to be held on August 29th and 30th.
