Mandoulides Schools is 1 of just 4 schools in Greece and 1 of 850 schools worldwide that have been selected by Microsoft as “Microsoft Showcase Schools”.
As part of this collaboration, the Schools are organizing the following actions aimed at students and teachers in order to promote the integration as well as the importance of new technologies in modern education.
- International Competition Hackathlon, providing students with the opportunity to develop their thinking in programming and to channel their creativity through advanced technology applications and computing.
Students can register online here. - Coding Girls, a unique educational program that aims to inspire all girls to channel their creativity digitally by learning to program, design and direct interactive 3D stories and impressive games.
Students can register online here. - The workshop "Transforming Education", where participants will have the opportunity to experience New Technologies in education and exchange views with teachers who have incorporated Microsoft technologies in their teaching.
Under the auspices of the Municipality of Thermi and the Municipality of Pylea - Chortiatis
