The National Student Chess Championships were held in Loutraki Korinthias and our students achieved special distinctions.
More specifically, in the 15th National Student Chess Championship for Teams for Junior High Schools, held on Saturday, April 8th, 2017, the Schools’ team, consisting of 8th Graders I. Dimoulios and M. Triantafyllidis, and 7th Graders M. Batzoli and P. Tzartzi ranked 5th.
In the 29th National Student Chess Championship for Individuals, held on the 9th and 10th April, 2017, M. Triantafyllidis won 1st place overall in his category while M. Batzoli and P. Tzartzi excelled in the category of girls, ranking sixth (same score as the third place) and eighth respectively. Congratulations to all our students!
