The students of 1st Grade responded to the invitation of writer Antonis Papatheodoulou and participated in the presentation of the book "The Little Weaver of Words" (Metaichmio Publications) at Konstantinidis Bookstore. The children had the opportunity to listen to the narration of the story in a different, unique way from the theater group Mikros Vorras.
The author met our students and, using a fun, interactive way, he "weaved" a new story with them, just like the weaver in his fairy tale. And he didn’t stop there; he went on to tell them an amazing story without words, which amused our little friends. Finally, the children presented their own dramatization of the story and ended this beautiful event with a song about love, causing excitement to all attendees.
This event, however, was also special to us because of its charitable character. Everyone participated in this celebration of love in their own way and offered school supplies to support ARSIS – the Association for the Social Support of Youth.
