Mandoulides Programming Day met with great success. The program includes the thematic units: Introduction to Programming, Variables, Operators, Sequence Structure, Selection Structure, Repetition Structure, Algorithms and Programming.
During Programming Day younger students learn how to program in specially configured virtual microcosms, create virtual robots and solve playful problems. Older students are taught algorithms, ways to design and solve problems, and present their solutions in programming languages such as C and C++.
