As part of the environmental education program “Our olive tree in the yard, how much it has to say ...”, the students of 3rd Grade visited the Higkas olive press and had an unusual experience
There they had the opportunity to watch and learn about the oil production process, tasted green olives, enjoyed the taste of fresh oil on their bread and left with the best impressions.
