They also attended speeches by Paralympic swimming champion Mr. Ioannis Kostakis and distinguished choreographer and dance instructor Ms. Tatiana Papadopoulou, who recounted their personal experiences of the accidents that changed their lives.

Finally, during a press conference on “Open Day 2018”, the Director of the HIT/CERTH Dr. Evangelos Bekiaris presented Mandoulides Schools with an award for their contribution to the education and sensitization of students to traffic education.

The “Open Day” program ends on Sunday, 11 November, when the HIT is open all day to young and older people so that they to get to know and experience its technological innovations regarding transportations.
