As part of our thematic unit “Natural Wonders”, the students of Pre-Kindergarten visited the Folklore and Ethnological Museum of Macedonia-Thrace where they attended the program “Wake - 6 Stories with a Little Water ...” by puppet theater group Marmita.
The children were taken on a trip to the world of water through the six stories presented with the art of Puppet and Shadow Theater. The heroes were everyday children so these stories “spoke” to us in a simple and direct way about the sea, lakes, rivers, dams, agriculture and the shortage of water.
During the visit, the students were guided around the museum, where they observed an age-old watermill and found out how people use it.
