On Sunday, 17 March, 2019 the M-RAST Robotics Team of the Schools took part in the First Lego League (FLL) Panhellenic competition and won two cups, thus qualifying for the First Lego League International event, which will take place in May 2019.
More specifically, M-RAST was the best team nationwide in the robot game and won the respective cup in the knockout rounds. They also won 1st place in Core Values and, more particularly, it was the top team nationwide for its decent professionalism, respect and cooperation.
In addition, the students of the Schools excelled in many categories of the competition, but the rules do not allow a team to receive more than one prize. Thus, although M-RAST scored 100/100 in 6 out of the 9 categories of the competition, the judges finally presented them with the prize of professionalism.
