The Beatles visited “Noesis” Thessaloniki Science Center Technology Museum. Our visit was divided into 3 parts. The Technopark of the NOESIS Science Centre and Technology Museum was the basic part of our excursion. The children participated actively, playing the leading roles and learning while having fun. The Technopark includes 40 exhibits having to do with a variety of scientific fields such as electricity, magnetism, optics and mechanics. These exhibits activate the desire for knowledge and encourage involvement with technology.

Our next stop was our participation in the Ancient Greek Technology program which allowed us to see the relation of ancient Greeks with technology. The exhibition’s objects are life-size or scale models. It concerns knowledge, which totally changed man’s life in all fields: from food production and consumption, clothing and conditions of living, to science and culture.

The last stop was at the exhibition of Classic Automobiles. This stop gave us the opportunity to admire cars that used coal at first, then diesel fuel and gasoline fired engines. We saw the many changes that have taken place and the improvements made.
