The students of 1st and 2nd Grade enjoyed a journey into the wonderful world of books on Thursday, 4 April at the Schools’ Cultural and Sports Center during the presentation of the book “The Child Who Didn’t Love Books” by Aris Dimokidis (Metaichmio Publications), which concluded the Book Partners program.
The little hero of the story, Aris, through his personal adventure, conveys the message that the book is always our best and most genuine friend, our companion and our support through all stages of our lives. The theatrical pieces that the students had prepared gave all attendees the opportunity to experientially approach the story and perceive its messages. At the end of the event, the children moved the writer with their songs and he, in turn, signed the books of the young students with great pleasure.
