Students of the Schools gained distinctions in the Preliminary Junior Competition of the Hellenic Mathematical Society in Athens. More specifically, they won:
2nd place: Μ. Konstantinidou (9th Grade)
4th place: Κ. Konstantinidis (8th Grade).
These students will be members of the National team, which consists of 6 Junior High School students and will take part in the 23rd Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad in Cyprus from 20 to 25 June, 2019.
In the same competition, students Α. Giannakis (7th Grade) and P. Tzartzi (9th Grade) were 2nd and 3rd runners-up respectively.
