3rd Grade at Higkas Olive Press
As part of the environmental education program “Our olive tree in the yard”, the students of 3rd Grade visited the Higkas Olive Press where they had the opportunity to watch and learn about the oil production proces and to actually take part in it too as they collected olives form the trees.
At the end of the excursion, they tasted green olives, enjoyed the taste of fresh oil on slices of bread and left with the best impressions.
