Microsoft Showcase Schools Summit
The European Microsoft Showcase Schools Summit took place in Tallinn, Estonia on 10 and 11 December.
Keynote speakers were Antony Salcito, Vice President of Education at Microsoft, and Andreas Scheilcher, Director for the Directorate of Education and Skills, OECD, who presented the ways in which we can prepare our students for the future.
The future of education during the 4th Industrial Revolution, the skills we need to teach our students, the way in which Artificial Intelligence can be applied to education and the general role of technology in education were issues that were raised during the summit.
Mandoulides Schools were represented by Mrs. Maria Papadopoulou, New Technologies Coordinator of the Schools.
