Mandoulides Schools student to take part in the 9th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad
Student Christina Karafyllia (11th Grade) is a member of the National Team and will represent our country in the 9th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad, which will be online from Wednesday, 15 to Tuesday, 21 April, 2020. The team consists of the top four female students in the ranking of the 37th National Mathematical Olympiad “Archimedes” of the Hellenic Mathematical Society.
Our country participates for the third year in a row in the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad.
It is worth noting that student A. - Ch. Savva won the bronze medal in the 8th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO 2019) which took place in Kiev, Ukraine in April 2019.
