Watching seeds grow is an amazing science lesson for kids from preschool through elementary school. Younger kids can learn through hands-on exploration and older kids can design experiments to test hypothesis about how seeds grow best.
This simple to set up experiment is one of our favorite spring science projects and it can be easily done at home.
Our Day Care students have an awesome time examining and observing the growth of their seed germination experiment. Take photos to compare it with ours in a few weeks’ time!
