Day Care Center Autumn Walk
Leaves are falling and we can see the first clouds in the sky! Welcome Autumn rain! Autumn is here and the students of the Day Care Center had the opportunity to explore and discover nature.
For this reason, we had our first autumn excursion to the Damn of Thermi where we had the chance to observe the changes in nature. We noticed the empty branches of the trees and the leaves that had fallen on the ground.
We talked about the colors of Autumn. We took a tour around the area, we picked up leaves, seeds and pine cones. We observed them carefully, commented on their shape and composition. Finally, we brought them back to our classrooms as a valuable treasure in order to use them creatively.
