Webinar: Mathematical Thinking and Logic
Mandoulides Schools, with the intent to stimulate students’ interest in Math and to familiarize students with mathematical concepts that can not be found in school textbooks, organize various events which cultivate mathematical thinking and logic; events which prepare students for national and international Mathematical competitions, where great distinctions are awarded.
After all, Mathematics cultivates the thinking process, leading it to steady paths.
This year 2020-2021, the Mathematical Thinking and Logic program, a program which has been organised for the last 16 year by Mandoulides Schools, and was an idea proposed by the founder of the school, Evangelos Mandoulides, will be held online due to the recent epidemiological conditions.
Four 40-minute lessons each will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2020 and Sunday, January 24, 2021 from 17:00 to 20:10 according to the following program.
The webinar is addressed to 8th, 9th Graders and Senior high school students and is free of charge to all students around the country.
- Lessons will be held online through Microsoft Teams.
- Participants will receive an invitation on their personal accounts.
