"Little Paleontologists" in action!
What were the dinosaurs like? How many species were there? Why did they disappear?
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students who are participants of the club have the answers to all these questions!
They learnt about the life of dinosaurs on earth, separated them into categories ,and saw when and where they used to live. Then, they were divided into dinosaur teams and participated in an online board game, made crafts with simple materials.
Lastly, they were guided through a virtual tour of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History and the Wollaton Hall Exhibition of Dinosaur Fossils and Skeletons.
