We say… "Hands Up" to school bullying

We say… "Hands Up" to school bullying

The students of Second and Third Grade of the Primary School had the opportunity to live a special experience in their digital classrooms within the "Vivlioparees" program.

On the day before the "World Day Against School Bullying", the students met online with Elena Artzanidou, the author of the book "Hands Up" and discussed the phenomenon of school bullying.

The main protagonist of the story, Jimmy, gave the students the opportunity to reflect on the conditions that give birth and reproduce such pathogenic phenomena at school and in the conditions that favor aggressive behaviors of children towards their classmates.

Having as a main motto "Love is our strength", the children shared thoughts, worries and concerns about those phenomena that can disrupt the normal school life and peace of mind of the students. They also made it clear to everyone, through their creations, that we should all say “NO” to school bullying.
