While counting down the days to Easter……..I become a healthy eater!
2nd grade students are counting the days until Easter and while doing so they make their own recommendations for a healthy diet.
Knowing the importance of good nutrition for the health of our bodies and of good physical condition, they suggest smart ways and easy recipes that can "launch" our daily meals and cultivate healthy eating habits to another level.
Unfortunately, we are going through a difficult year and the pandemic keeps us all, young and old, at home away from daily sports and exercise.
Therefore, we should take advantage of this opportunity and attend to both our own health and that of our loved ones, by showing our love and interest through simple actions, which guarantee physical and mental balance.
