"Greek Easter, Easter!"
A few days are left until Easter, each of us is waiting for the Resurrection and our personal release from the virus that in the past year has radically changed life, the habits and daily routine of all of us. The Second Grade students of the Primary School send their own hopeful messages.
During the interdisciplinary week "Greek Easter, Easter" they systematically dealt with known and unknown Easter traditions of our homeland, virtually toured places in Greece, where traditional customs up to this day are revived, listened to Easter stories, wrote Easter stories and got familiar with innovative ways of painting and decorating Easter eggs. They got to know the events of Holy week and its important people in a fun way through presentations, interactive games and digital material.
At the same time, with great sensitivity and creative mood in their digital classrooms, they indulged in crafts, using simple, everyday materials that exist in the homes of all of us. The result of their creations is impressive!
With the hope and desire of this Easter to mark the beginning of another era without restrictions due to a pandemic, the students of Second Grade wish you HAPPY EASTER!!
