15 students of Mandoulides Schools earned distinctions in the Mathematical Competition "Little Thales" for 7th grade students which was held by the Central Macedonia Branch of the Hellenic Mathematical Society on Friday, 6 November 2020. On Friday, 14 May 2021, the competition was repeated for the students who had applied for the initial competition of the 6th of November but could not participate due to one of the following reasons: they had contracted COVID-19, they were in close contact with a confirmed case or their class was suspended because of COVID-19.
