2nd place and the silver medal in swimming
Our 9th grade student N. Mertzimeki earned significant distinctions in the Winter Swimming Championship of Northern Greece in the girls’ category, which was conducted on February 18-20, 2022, at Poseidonio Swimming Center of Thessaloniki.
More specifically, she won individually:
- the 2nd place and the silver medal in her category in the 100m freestyle and
- the 2nd place and the silver medal in the 50m freestyle.
In addition, as a member of her team she won:
- the 1st place and the gold medal in the category of girls’ groups in the 4 x 200m freestyle,
- the 1st place and the gold medal in the category of girls’ groups in the 4 x 100m freestyle,
- the 2nd place and the silver medal in the category of mixed groups in the 4 x 100m.
