Let’s Talk 2020
Let's Talk, an English language rhetoric speech tournament for 6th Graders, first launched at Mandoulides Schools’ initiative in 2013, was hosted this year on the Schools’ Junior – Senior School premises on Friday 14 and Saturday 15, February with the participation of 97 students.
Our students who attended the Let’s Talk after school preparation courses met with peers from schools of Larisa and Thessaloniki and exchanged views on current affairs in the form of Debate and Group Discussion, while they also read short literary extracts of their choice in their own expressive way (Oral Interpretation of Literature). Let’s Talk is a non-competitive tournament that provides students with the unique opportunity to come into contact with English public speaking for the first time at such a very young age.
The 9th Let's Talk Tournament will take place in February 2021.
