The event was organized by the \u201cInfinite Green Force\u201d team, which will represent the school in the global finals of <em>F1 in Schools 2024<\/em>. It was attended by 6th-grade students.<\/p>\n<p>The aim was for the older students to inspire the younger ones with their passion for environmental protection. The \u00abInfinite Green Force\u00bb team has organized similar events in the past, as their performance in the competition is also evaluated based on broader community activities beyond their main focus in STEM.<\/p>\n<p>The audience was given a brief presentation on the <em>F1 in Schools<\/em> competition, which highlighted the school\u2019s previous success in 2016 in Austin, Texas, where the team was crowned world champion. In addition, there was a presentation on recycling and proper waste sorting to ensure effective waste management.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00abInfinite Green Force\u00bb team consists of students from E.Mandoulides Schools A. Naoum, H. Samara, and A. Tsopoulou (11th grade) and students from a public school in Serres, G. Emmanouilidi, K. Kasapi, and X.
