There, the children had the opportunity to learn about the importance of nutrition and how to avoid unhealthy eating habits through hands-on experiences. At the same time, our students were informed about the different food groups and the daily need for balanced nutrition for everyone, young and old, while being encouraged to adopt healthy eating habits.
