As part of the innovative program \u201cI Take Care of Myself, I Eat Right, I Live Healthy<\/em>\u201d, the young students of the Daycare Center program explored the importance of personal care for staying healthy and full of energy. Throughout the program, the children learned how to wash their hands properly, discussed healthy eating, and discovered how fruits and vegetables act as \u201cvitamin warriors\u201d thathelp them grow strong. Finally, theylearned how to take care of their teeth by brushing them. Through games, drawings, and hands-on activities, the children came to understand how good hygieneand healthy daily habits contribute to a better, happier life.<\/p>\n

The programc oncluded with a visitf rom the dentist, Mr. Kourtesis Athanasios, who spoke to the children about the importance of oral hygiene and daily care. He also examined each child individually and provided instructions to ensure their teeth stay healthy.<\/p>\n
