Every year our students particularly enjoy the thematic unit \u201cOlympic Games\u201d. The Blossoms had the opportunity to acquire a hands on experience of these wonderful games by visiting the Olympic museum. There, they took part in the educational program \u201cMove in Rhythm, Move in an Olympic Manner\u201d which is based on the modern Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
Our students were taught the main idea behind the Olympics; competing is not only about winning and learned that people from all over the world come together and international bonds\/friendships are created. This message was conveyed through role playing and artistic endeavors. We were shown exhibits such as medals, wreaths and sportswear of Greek Olympic medal winners, and even held our own Olympic Games. The Blossoms had an unforgettable experience!<\/p>\n
