{"id":148741,"date":"2025-09-24T11:35:55","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T08:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mandoulides.edu.gr\/?p=148741"},"modified":"2026-04-16T11:22:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T08:22:58","slug":"update-on-the-high-school-curriculum-and-university-admissions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mandoulides.edu.gr\/en\/update-on-the-high-school-curriculum-and-university-admissions\/","title":{"rendered":"Update on the High School Curriculum and University Admissions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At the beginning of the new school year, an information session was held for the parents\/guardians and students of the High School regarding the curriculum for the academic year 2025 &#8211; 2026 and the admission process to Institutions of Higher Education.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The event was introduced and coordinated by Dr. Aspa Chasioti, the General Academic Director of the Educational Institutions. Dr. Chasioti provided a detailed overview of the criteria for choosing fields of study for students and their families, as well as the resources and support offered by the school to help students realize their full potential. She also spoke about student distinctions and the methods implemented to help them achieve their goals.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mr. Giorgos Chasiotis, Deputy High School Principal, Mathematics Teacher, and Coordinator of the National Examinations, presented the curriculum of the third (final) grade of High School. He thoroughly analyzed the university admission system, the national examinations (Panhellenic Exams), orientation groups, academic fields, and the method for calculating admission scores.
