On the occasion of <\/span>World Food Day<\/span><\/b>, our <\/span>3rd Grade <\/span><\/b>students had a wonderful experience through the educational program <\/span>\u201cZero Waste Food\u201d!<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our young learners discovered how we can make the best use of food without waste, how important it is to save both food and energy, what composting is, and how organic leftovers can become a real <\/span>\u201ctreasure\u201d<\/span><\/i> for nature!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Through fun games and activities, the children learned in a hands-on way that healthy eating and protecting the environment go hand in hand.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And of course\u2026 they didn\u2019t leave empty-handed!<\/span>
