It is aimed at students of 4th to 9th Grade from all the schools of the city and it is FREE of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Coding Girls, a unique educational program that aims to inspire all girls to channel their creativity digitally by learning to program, design and direct interactive 3D stories and impressive games.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The students will have the opportunity to be inspired by watching successful stories of women in the field of information technology and programming.<\/li>\n<li>They will be introduced to algorithmic thinking and to programming logic using the programming environment Alice3D of Carnegie Mellon University.<\/li>\n<li>The program will allow them to create virtual 3D worlds, to program and direct interactive 3D stories and to design impressive computer games with Microsoft Kodu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parents will be responsible for students\u2019 transportation to and from the Schools.<\/p>\n<p>You can find further information on Coding Girls <a href=\"\/?page_id=10606#art-and-science-days\/coding-girls-22735\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Students can register online by Wednesday, 8 February, 2017 <a href=\"https:\/\/mandoulides.edu.gr\/newforms\/view.php?id=206261\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of Educational Program Art &amp; Science Days, this year the Schools are holding the innovative Mandoulides Coding Girls program.
