From Wheat to Bread\u201d, as part of the Schools\u2019 healthy eating program, at the Women\u2019s Association of Nea Gonia.<\/p>\n<p>First, they learned about the great nutritional value and the various types of bread that can be found on the market. Then, they watched the whole process of bread production, from sowing to eating, and finally, they kneaded and baked their own bread in a wood-fired oven, which they were really proud of.
