Mavridou (<a href=\"\/?page_id=49221\">8<sup>th<\/sup> Grade<\/a>) took part in the International Music Contest \u201cMusic@e Contest\u201d and was awarded with the gold medal in the category of Solo Violin 12-14.<\/p>\n<p>Christina is a student in the National Conservatory of Thessaloniki attending the Violin class taught by Giannis Kormpetis.<\/p>\n<p>There were two rounds in the contest. In the first round Christina gave a live streaming performance with a symphonic orchestra, playing the concert No.2 in G Major for a violin and an orchestra, by Joseph Haydn, for which she received a distinction and thus qualified for the second round.
