“MissionX: Train like an astronaut”<\/a> program and talked about the pyramid of healthy eating and the value for our body of adopting a healthy lifestyle that combines healthy eating with exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe children learned about the six food groups and which foods belonged to each. Then, they created their own healthy meal and recorded the category in which each food of their dish belongs. The result was unique! Beautiful dishes, full of imagination, colours and vitamins!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The children shared their dishes with their classmates through photos and so we all got inspired to make and enjoy even more healthy meals. Our goal is to “build” a strong and powerful organism, just like astronauts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
