Celebration of the 28th<\/sup> October National Anniversary at Junior-Senior High School – Blessing of the Bread<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The celebration of the 28th<\/sup> October National Anniversary took place in a festive and moving atmosphere. A group of 12th<\/sup> grade students attended the ceremony of the blessing of the bread conducted in the chapel at Senior High School, in order to commemorate the feast day of the Patron Saint of our city, Saint Demetrius<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, students of all grades of Junior High School<\/a> as well as students of the 10th<\/sup> grade attended the celebration event presented by a group of 9th<\/sup> grade students at the Theater of the Cultural Center of Mandoulides Schools. This symbolic day was commemorated through the presentation of personal accounts, videos, poems and historical records. The celebration honored the people who bravely sacrificed their lives fighting for the freedom of our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
