1st Place Nationwide – 3 gold, 1 silver, 5 bronze medals, “Archimedes” 2026

Nine Mandoulides Schools High-School students won medals – 3 gold, 1 silver, and 5 bronze – in the final phase “Archimedes” of the 43rd National Mathematical Olympiad of the Hellenic Mathematical Society (HMS), placing the Schools 1st nationwide. 

We congratulate the 9 distinguished students as well as the 40 classmates who reached the final.

Our students will compete for a place on the National Teams that will represent our country at the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (BMO) 2026, the Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (JBMO) 2026, and the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) 2026. 

Also, 12thgrade student I. Zachou was selected to join the National Team that will represent Greece at the 15th European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO 2026), which will take place from Thursday, April 9 to Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in Bordeaux, France.
