As part of the World Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on 21/3, the 3rd-grade students joined forces to deliver a powerful message of acceptance and respect for diversity!
As part of the Skills Lab and the Human Rights theme, they brought to life the story “Happy Meadow” by Fillio Nikoloudi, which they discovered in their Greek class, through the magic of stop motion! Using clay and paper they created the story’s settings and characters, recorded their own narration, and gave life to the tale through the art of stop-motion animation! A meadow full of colors, where every flower has its place, reminds us that diversity makes our world more beautiful!
With collaboration, imagination, and creativity, the children sent their own message of acceptance and respect for diversity. Our world is more beautiful when we color it with love and empathy!
