“Anger, Anger! No Harm Done!” at the Little Lyrical Planet

On the occasion of the pioneering program “I and the Others”, Pre-Kindergarten attended the program “Anger, Anger! No Harm Done!” at the “Small Lyrical Planet” cultural house. But really, what is anger? When do we get angry? What happens to our body when we feel angry and how can we identify it in time before it emerges? Through theatrical games and music, the children became familiar with the “Traffic Light” technique (red: I stop and calm down, yellow: I think, green: I move) and discovered effective strategies to calm down and express their anger in alternative ways. They recognized the negative consequences of this emotion and tried to find the most advantageous solution for everyone, avoiding both aggression and passivity.
