Award Ceremony for Students Who Excelled in the Archimedes Competition

On Sunday, April 6, 2025, students from E. Mandoulides Schools excelled in the final phase of “Archimedes” of the 42nd National Mathematical Olympiad of the Hellenic Mathematical Society. The award ceremony took place at the AULA Amphitheater of the School of Philosophy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).  

The awarded students were: 

Gold Medal: L. Karageorgiou (11th grade)
Gold Medal: E. Giouvanopoulos (8th grade)
Silver Medal: I. Zahou (11th grade)
Silver Medal: T. Konstantinidis (12th grade)
Silver Medal: O. – K. Papaventsis (6th grade) (competed at Junior High School level)
Bronze Medal: P. – P. Nikou (12th grade)
Bronze Medal: B. Delis (9th grade) 

 

On Saturday, April 5, 2025, the students participated in the Preliminary Competition for the selection of the National Teams that will represent Greece at the 42nd Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (BMO) 2025, the 29th Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (JBMO) 2025, and the 66th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) 2025.
