Our student Ch. Boutari (11th Grade), who in collaboration with the Special Vocational Education and Training School of Agios Nikolaos received the 2nd prize for the poster and documentary film “Roupel Through My Own Eyes”, was honored at the Award Ceremony of the 15th International Short Film Competition. Afterwards, she was given a guided tour of the Hellenic Parliament by the MP for Lasithi, Ms. A. Spyridaki, and attended a rehearsal of the Greek Youth Symphony Orchestra at the Athens Concert Hall.
The ceremony took place on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the “Hellenic Cosmos” Cultural Center and was coorganized by the Directorate of Primary Education of Serres, the Drama International Short Film Festival, the General Secretariat for Communication and Information (Presidency of the Government), the Department of Educational Radio-Television and Digital Media of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports of Greece, the Hellenic Center of Cinema, Audiovisual Media and Creation (E.K.K.O.ME.D.), and the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Greece – Cultural Office – “House of Cyprus”.
