March 25th is a special day for our Kindergarten and Nursery School, filled with joy, pride, and creativity. Throughout the previous week, the children learned about the history of the Greek Revolution of 1821 in a simple and understandable way and took part in activities that honor the heroes and the ideals of freedom.
The day of the celebration arrived and began with the decoration of the classroom using blue-and-white flags, which the children had created themselves with the colors of the Greek flag. Afterwards, a parade took place in the schoolyard. The children, holding their flags, walked with pride while patriotic songs were playing.
During the event, the children bravely recited poems about March 25th and sang traditional songs, filling the space with enthusiasm and emotion. In this way, March 25th at our Kindergarten was not just a school event, but a vivid experience of learning and culture that will remain unforgettable for all of us.
