We warmly congratulate our student and violin soloist, A. Kiparos ’25, who will begin his undergraduate studies (Bachelor Degree Program) at the Music Academy of Basel (Switzerland) «Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz / Hochschule für Musik Basel / Musik Akademie Basel – Klassik», in the violin class of internationally renowned violinist and professor Leonidas Kavakos.
Thanos has also been accepted to Oberlin College and Conservatory, USA, Oberlin, Ohio (Principal Private Study: Violin, Major: Performance) with a scholarship of $80.613 per year for 4 years, as well as to the university Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, Belgium, Brussels.
Thanos has been a student at E. Mandoulides Schools since 2016 and has held a scholarship since the 2019 – 2020 academic year.
